We are looking for freelance producer to join the MoH team from March 2021 to March 2022 to support delivery of a National Lottery Heritage Funded project “Reframe the Narrative” that will document and interpret the events of 2020 from a perspective of poverty and homelessness.
The project is comprised of 3 strands:
- Object story collecting and performance (akin to theatre producing, with a journalistic edge in collecting the object stories)
- Creative heritage strand. Working with artists to support organisations across the UK to document experiences of the pandemic
- A digital offer for the programme, most likely on YouTube.
This brief would suit a freelance producer with an interest in joining a creative community of people who are committed to making social change through direct work with people, campaigning and creative projects. The project will be delivered in London and will fast paced, intense and varied, but also very meaningful. The brief would suit someone with experience of producing cultural or creative projects with a range of partners, managing volunteers, working with artists and/or working directly with people who have been or are homeless.
We’ll be accepting proposals for the brief until 12th February 2020
We anticipating holding interviews on either the 18th or 19th February 2020.
