Your friendly neighbourhood Museum of Homelessness is recruiting! After a busy and high energy year of change that has seen us open the first bricks and mortar Museum of Homelessness, we are recruiting for key roles and freelance positions in 2025.

Overview

We are recruiting for key positions at MoH. All interviews will take place in person. The roles include:

shift coordinator

Shift Coordinator (Freelance, 1 year contract), Shift is a leadership and development programme focused on homelessness sector workers. The programme will bring together a cohort of people for a transformative peer learning programme focusing on radical understandings of trauma conscious practice over one year and will run throughout 2025. This freelancer role is funded by the Sarah Jane Leigh Charitable Trust.

Investigations coordinator

Investigations Coordinator (Freelance, 1 year contract), MoH carries out a wide variety of campaigning work but our most significant work is centered around our year-round Dying Homeless Project, headed up by our DHP strategic lead Gill Taylor. MoH is recruiting for a freelance investigation coordinator with excellent research skills to join the team.

Operations Assistant (Full time) The Operations Assistant role is an essential role supporting the smooth running of MoH and supporting the Directors to enable the development of the charity and to meet fundraising and income generation targets. This role will directly support the smooth running of functions across the breadth of the charity’s operations.

Front of House Manager (Part time, 3 days per week) An essential role supporting the operational delivery of events and activities from our site in Finsbury Park. The post-holder will work closely with our amazing team of duty managers and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of activities at the site.
