Announcing our first SHIFT cohort
We are very pleased to announce our first cohort of SHIFT participants. Upon a significant number of applications, MoH’s selection panel expanded the programme. We have recruited 16 outstanding participants from a wide variety of homelessness and housing orgs across England, from grassroots CICs to local authorities. The cohort brings together a wide range of job roles, skills and experiences with one common aim - to develop trauma conscious leadership and apply this in their organisations and careers.
