DIRECTIONS: How to find State of the Nation
On 08 and 09 April, the Museum of Homelessness will be taking over the 5th floor of Tate Exchange in Tate Modern’s new Switch House building. The event is completely free and runs between 12noon and 6pm.
With under a week to go, we wanted to post an update with full instructions about how to find the space as it’s a big building!

Finding the entrance on Sumner Street
Go to the Switch House entrance located on Sumner Street
The entrance is located on the south side of the building. You will see the Terrace bar and Terrace shop as you approach the entrance
From here there are lifts to all levels in the Switch House. Top tip! One side of the lifts (the left side) gets very busy. The opposite side (the right hand side) has lifts that only go to Level 4. These are quieter and if you get one of these lifts you can then take the stairs one floor up to Level 5, where Tate Exchange is.
