Museum of Homelessness withdraws from Open House Festival

Museum of Homelessness has withdrawn from Open House festival due to the headline sponsor being Air BnB.

Air BnB is complicit in illegal settlements in the West Bank which is all part of the wider pattern of illegal and genocidal land grabs.

Last week, plans for the ‘Gaza Riviera’ were leaked, an abhorrent vision of development, concocted whilst Palestinian people are starved and murdered.

This shows in black and white the 'end game' which many people have been able to see from the outset but which far too many politicians, arts organisations, lobbyists and people have been complicit in.

We raised the alarm on Israel's extreme violence in November 2023 when Matt Turtle, director, wrote to the Prime Minister and then Leader of the Opposition calling for intervention from UK politicians. We have campaigned on this since and will continue to do so.
