Our next Death Cafe event
About this event
Our Death cafe events look to provide a safe and confidential space for people to talk about death. It takes place on 01 December (6-7pm)
Homelessness touches people's lives in different ways and sadly far too often we lose people. We hold these events as many people we work with have expressed a wish to have a space to talk about death and loss. Regular Dying Homeless death cafes provide a space for us all to confidentially explore death and loss and remember people we have lost.
You can book for free here.
What can I expect?
An small informal gathering of different people attending a safe and confidential space to talk about death and homelessness in a group. Our Death Cafes are free. They are not therapeutic but we can help with signposting to further support if people need it. Please note this space is non-religious and non-clinical. The space will be held by hosts from Museum of Homelessness.
We are basing these spaces on the Death Cafe model, you can find out more about death cafes here.
How can I attend?
Anyone who registers will receive a link to attend the meeting on zoom. We will send you an email, with a link about a week before the event.
