Pop-up demo overdose prevention site: 26th June 2025

LONDON — Time to show up for harm reduction in our neighbourhoods!

We are in the midst of an overdose crisis as our findings of the Dying Homeless Project consistently show.

People are dying in situations of crisis, of despair, often without support. Yet there is still no action from government. Enough is enough!

On Thursday, 26 June, join us for a pop-up demo* ❤️Overdose Prevention Site❤️ — lifesaving spaces powered by communities!👊

More than 100 of these sites operate around the world — reducing deaths, suffering and stigma while fostering community and dignity. There have been ZERO deaths at these sites anywhere in the world!

At the pop-up, you’ll see what radical care looks like: a place of community that welcomes people without judgement to share support in full respect of agency & autonomy.

Learn about naloxone, an easy-to-use medication that reverses opioid overdoses.

Get safer drug use & safer sex resources to keep yourself and others well.

Connect with people, services and resources that reduce harms related to drugs & the damaging policies and practices targeting them. And more! ✨

Looking forward to seeing you on 26th June!

Over a paper-textured greenish blue background, the following text: ‘Demonstration overdose prevention site’. Then arrows pointing to a red gazebo/tent with the text on top of it “a tent for care, without judgement”. To the right, a box in blue with bullet points that read: ‘safer drug use & sex resources, naloxone training, signposting to support services, harmredux t-shirts and merch, and more!’. Next to the main text: Organised by [Logo of the London Harm Reduction Collective - an embossed violet rectangle featuring two holding hands, one with a snake running down it, in reference to the caduceus, and the other one with flowers growing off it — the name of the Collective at the bottom of it. At the bottom, over a red background: Where? Allen Gardens (By Code St, next to Brick Ln) - 1pm - 6:30pm.
